Tell Congress: Permanently Fund CHIP

The Children's Health Insurance Program's (CHIP) funding ran out on September 30, and partisan politics has held the program hostage. In a last-minute deal, Congress funded CHIP -- BUT only through March -- which means we'll soon have to go through all these political games AGAIN.

Every time Congress delays funding CHIP, they're risking the insurance coverage of over 9 million children.

Sign today, and tell Congress to permanently fund CHIP. Tell your Senators and Representative that basic health care for children shouldn't be held hostage to partisan bickering and special interests.

Health insurance for children has long had widespread bipartisan support since it began in 1997. Congress needs to come together to ensure no child goes without proper health care.

Dear Representatives and Senators,

It is reprehensible that Congress is risking health care for children. Congress must stop playing partisan games and permanently fund CHIP.
